Inspection Process
1.Order your inspection on this page.
2.Once received we will contact you to schedule
3.Seller/Owner of property to make available access to foundation.(We do not move or relocate items)
4.Once we complete the on site inspection and information gathering, data is submitted to our Florida licensed engineer who will complete the report.
Generally the entire process takes less than a week

Fees for Service
Foundation certification(Tie-Down) $425.00
​Additions Certification: include all additions/attached carports decks steps and landings $175 with Foundation Certification.
What is a Manufactured Home Certification and why do you need it?
A Manufactured Home Certification Inspection, also known as a HUD Inspection, is a structural inspection to confirm the following:
1.The home must be properly tied down on a permanent foundation.
2.Drainage around the house.
3.Additions cannot be supported by the structure of the Manufactured Home.
4.The Manufactured Home cannot have been moved from another location (1stPermanent Location)
A manufactured home is NOT a mobile home or a trailer.
Manufactured homes built on or after June 15,1976 are built in accordance to HUD Guidelines.
Who will need this certification? Clients who apply for the following;

Financing a federally backed loan

Purchase or Refinance of a manufactured home

Asked for by a lender, Some lenders or underwriters may require a certification on ”conventional” loans
Coverage Area Volusia, Flagler, Seminole counties.
Partial coverage in Orange, Lake, Putnam, St. John Counties. Additional travel fees may apply call for information.
Manufactured Home Additions
​Some lenders may ask for additions to be
included with your foundation certification inspection.
What is an "addition" ?
Additions are any structure or building that are up
against the home whether attached or not.
These may include - decks-steps - carports
roof overhangs-sheds alongside outer wall. etc.
Additions are a separate charge and includes
all additions if requested.
The fee is $150 for all the additions with your foundation
​certification.
